I have an upcoming class, what do I do?

Congrats! All the information you need for your lesson is right there in your calendar:

  • Date/ time of class

  • Client information

  • Zoom link

Open the appointment, click the zoom link, and teach! That’s it!

Does the client need any information from me?

Nope! Clients receive all preparation info when they book their class. All of their info is in their calendar, too!

Do I need to contact the client before a lesson?

No, your client has all the information through the booking system.

NOTE: For security reasons, please do not contact a client directly unless you have a previous association with them.

Is my contact information shared with clients?

No. Your contact information is never shared with anyone.

Will I receive email notifications of classes?

Yes!

Is there a minimum number of classes I’m required to teach?

Nope! Teach as much or as little as you like, and you can change your scheduling limits or availability at any time.

I already teach private lessons on my own, how can I best use the A&B system?

The A&B system is designed to make the booking process easy and seamless, whether you are new to coaching or already have a full studio of students.

If you already have regular clients:

  • Ask them to book you through your A&B link. This will get them used to the process and switch them over one-by-one.

  • Watch your admin responsibilities slowly disappear!

How can I get clients to book more lessons?

Your direct community and social media networks are your biggest reach for engagement. Your artist profile link acts as a digital business card to let folks know you are coaching and gives them a seamless way to book with you. A&B also actively promotes globally.

  • Let your community know you are coaching.

  • Post regularly to social media.

  • Encourage the clients you teach to work with you again.

  • Give your clients assignments and meet them halfway with preparation. If they feel you’re invested, they are likely to return.

What if my schedule changes and I need to stop teaching for a while?

No problem, you can change your availability at any time.

Can I change my class prices?

Yes! Email us to submit a request!

I went overtime on my class. Will the client be charged extra?

No, clients are not charged for time that exceeds their class.
