How do I sync my iCloud or Google calendar?

Emails can go to spam, so we highly recommend that you sync a digital calendar. You can sync your iCloud or Google calendar by logging into your account from your phone or computer browser: AcuityScheduling.com.

How do I change my availability?

Your availability can be changed at any time using the Acuity Schedule Admin app or by logging in online.

Can I limit the number of lessons I teach per day, week, etc.?

Yes. These are called your Client Scheduling Limits. Scheduling limits are settings that control when clients can book or edit appointments.

How do I change my calendar time zone?

NOTE: To avoid booking errors, we do NOT recommend changing your calendar time zone unless you are relocating for an extended period of time.

Your calendar will always display lesson times and availability in the time zone you’ve set, regardless of where you are in the world.

  • For example, if your calendar is set to Eastern Time (EST), but you are traveling on Pacific Time (PST), you will still see times and availability in Eastern Time (EST).

Change your calendar time zone:

  1. Open the Acuity Schedule Admin app.

  2. In the left column, click “Availability.”

  3. Select “Calendar Settings.

  4. Scroll down and select “Time Zone.”
